shipping and returns

US Customers

For customers within the US, we charge $10 flat-rate shipping with delivery in 3-5 business days from shipment. We offer free shipping on orders above $250. We work to ship all orders within 3 business days, however, during busier periods we may experience delays.

 

Customers outside of the US

For customers outside of the US, shipping prices and times will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders above $450. We work to ship all orders within 3 business days, however, during busier periods we may experience delays.

 

Returns

We work to accommodate returns as best we can. In order to accommodate returns, please contact us at hello@million-goods.com within one week from delivery to initiate the return process. The product must be unworn with the tags still intact. Once the process has been initiated, we will send a shipping label for the products to be sent back. We cover half the price of shipping on returns. For US customers $5 will be deducted from your refund, for customers outside of the US, we will confirm shipping prices when sending the return label. If an item is faulty, please email hello@million-goods.com and we will initiate the process to either refund or replace the defective item.
