Akira is the signature round frame from Sun Buddies, the eyewear line from Swedish fashion brand and retailer Très Bien. The first frame was inspired by the sunglasses Bibi Andersson wore in Ingmar Bergman's Persona. The line caught on when friends and colleagues in fashion started wearing them. Each pair is handmade.
The frame is a thick, rounded shape with dark lenses and two small metal pins on each end of the front. It's a clean, simple look with a little weight to it.
The line is unisex and made for adults. Wear them with a plain tee or a collared shirt and a jacket. They go with most things.
